Welcome to Our Home!
In April of 2004 we SOLD the condo Eric bought back in 99' and on the 24th of the same month we signed with Hallmark Homes to build a new home. Rachel did the honors of putting up the sold sign on the lot we picked out.
We closed at the end of August and moved in the first weekend in September. The house currently is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath with an unfinished basement, where we can add an addtional bedroom and bathroom, rec-room and we will be moving my office down there as well. We were able to put in the landscaping in the front, but the backyard is proved to be a lot of work and decided to hire that out. The lot is 1/4 acre, and as you can see, the front yard is a postage stamp (got to love the triangluar cul-de-sac lots).
